Meet your care team

Three people whose job is your health.

  • Physician

    Looks at all of you.

  • Nurse

    Picks up, follows up.

  • Care concierge

    Books, chases, fixes the bill.

All of it in one app: message your team, book, and see every bill.

What you get

Time, answers, and someone who follows through.

  • A comprehensive baseline visit.

Your first visit covers your history, your medications and your goals, with the doctor you’ll keep.

  • Unhurried visits.

Time to talk it through. The visit ends when you’re ready.

  • Same-day answers by text.

Text your care team and hear back the same day, from people who know you.

  • Labs and follow-through.

Labs drawn, results explained, and someone who checks that the next step happened.

  • Help with the bills.

Your concierge sorts out coverage, finds the right specialist and fights the bill that’s wrong.

  • Your whole health.

A team ready to help with sleep, stress, weight, or that thing you’ve been putting off.

How it works

  1. 1

On your own: one membership for your household, cancel any time.

  2. 2

Through your employer: a benefit they cover. Who pays is the only difference.

  3. 3

Keep your insurance for the hospital, the specialist and the emergency.

Questions

What people ask first.

Is this insurance?

No. Whole Care is a primary care membership. You still need health insurance for hospital stays, specialists and emergencies.

What does it cost?

$125 a month if you join on your own, $100 for a spouse or partner and $50 per child. If your employer offers Whole Care, they pay for it.

Do I have to switch doctors?

If you join on your own, your Whole Care doctor becomes your primary care doctor. If you join through work, you can keep the doctor you have, and your nurse and care concierge work with them.

What happens after hours?

Send your care team a message any time. During business hours, you’ll hear back the same day. In an emergency, call 911.

Can my employer see my health information?

No. Your employer knows whether you’re enrolled. Your visits, messages and results stay between you and your care team.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Your membership is month to month.
