What this site is
This site tells you about Mainstay and Whole Care, and lets you get in touch. Nothing on it is medical advice, and reading it doesn’t make you a patient or a member. If you think you have an emergency, call 911.
Whole Care is not insurance
Whole Care is a membership for primary care. It doesn’t replace health insurance, and you still need coverage for hospital stays, specialists and emergencies. Membership has its own agreement, which you’ll see before you join.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and don’t try to break it, copy it in bulk or misuse its forms. The words, design and marks on it belong to Mainstay. Stories and figures on the site are illustrative unless we say otherwise.
Links and changes
We may link to other sites we don’t control. We can update the site and these terms at any time, and the date above shows when they last changed.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using it.
